Should the Patent and Trademark Office be issuing 20,000+ new software patents every year?
Is there that much novel and unobvious, unpublished, innovation in the software industry?
Are biotechnology patents really avoiding these problems, especially as biotechnology patents incorporate more and more computer technology?
